All of our ancestors have dealt with tough times: WW 1, WW 2, Great Depression, Nazi Germany, Korean War, Vietnam War and so on. We are facing a global crisis, that for the most part, no one alive has ever experienced.
Many of you did not know your relatives that lived through those times. I am fortunate enough to have been able to hear stories of the Great Depression and WW 2. My Grandparents were courageous & hard working and my grandfathers fought in war.
Our entire world is fighting a war against a silent enemy. Our lives will be forever changed in some way or another. Our world and lives will evolve into a new normal. I can’t tell what exactly that will look like, but expect a lot of tough changes.
Change is hard. Everyone is going to be stressed. Going forward I hope you will also be strong, courageous & hard working for yourself, for your family and others around you. Some of you will become Leaders out of this. Not everyone needs to be a Leader, and that’s OK.
I want you to think about how you will look back on your behavior and actions through this time. As some of you know I have been preparing for something like this for a long time. Now that this event has arrived I am proud of our company, of you.
I am confident about us being strong through this time. I am proud to see and hear the positivity most of you have and are expressing. Our customers are very thankful we can provide the service that we are providing. They can see your smile in your eyes.
Make your ancestors, grandparents & your children proud of you.
