To help them achieve ISO 9001 Quality Management certification, Breeze Thru Car Wash enlisted the help of IMSM, a leading ISO consultancy.
By providing services such as a gap analysis, the creation and presentation of necessary ISO documentation, as well as advice and training on how to best maintain the standard, IMSM helped ensure that Breeze Thru’s certification was a success.
Now certified to ISO 9001, the company can look forward to the many benefits that certification can bring, including improved efficiency, waste management and cost savings.

As a company that hadn’t experienced the ISO certification process before, Breeze Thru Car Wash successfully overcame the challenges they faced.
“One of the most difficult parts of the process was understanding the language. As a car wash, it was trying to attribute the language to what we do. However, the IMSM local representative was helpful throughout the process.”
When asked if they would consider another ISO, John said, “We may consider ISO 14001 Environmental Management in the future but, for now, we’re focusing on the continuous improvement ISO 9001 will bring us. We’re very proud to be a car wash that has achieved ISO certification.”
