Does it actually help with winter salt and spring mud? Yes, and that’s exactly the kind of mess it’s built for. Road salt and de-icer residue work into mat fibers and hold onto moisture, which is often what causes that lingering car odor. Spring mud and sand behave the same way. Our Express Johnstown, Colorado location also does not have a mat cleaner station, but all the rest of our locations do have a mat cleaner in the vaccuum lot to use at your convenience.
