At Breeze Thru Car Wash, our Vision is to prepare people for the future—and that starts with investing in the growth of our own team. Last August, BTCW committed to supporting our Regional Trainers in earning advanced coaching certifications. That commitment recently came to life when Rhonda Hoffmann and now our Director of Training Carrie Madden completed a week‑long Integrity Coaching Facilitator training in Nashville, Tennessee.
As Justin Salisbury shared, “Breeze Thru Car Wash made a commitment… to invest in our Regional Trainers for becoming certified in a couple of areas.” This certification strengthens our ability to develop, empower, and trust the right people to be successful in their roles—so we can wash a lot of cars and build a lot of futures.
What Is Integrity Coaching?
Integrity Coaching is a workshop that teaches the “what,” “why,” and “how” of effective coaching. It focuses on expanding people’s belief boundaries—the limits they place on themselves—and equips leaders with tools to help others grow with confidence. Rhonda described it best: “Integrity Coaching teaches you what coaching is, the power of coaching, and a process for how to coach effectively.” Now certified, Rhonda and Carrie can lead Integrity Coaching workshops at BTCW, support follow‑up development, and help integrate coaching practices across our sites—strengthening our culture of Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, and Hard Work.
What They Hoped to Accomplish
Both trainers entered the program with a shared purpose: to deepen their coaching skills so they could better support the development of leaders across Breeze Thru. Rhonda shared, “I hoped to accomplish receiving the certification so I could teach it at BTCW… I wanted a deeper understanding of how we can help develop coaches within our teams.” Carrie focused on understanding behavior styles and how they shape team dynamics—an essential part of empowering people to succeed.
What They Learned
The training offered far more than a certification. It provided meaningful insight into communication, facilitation, and personal growth—skills that ripple outward to every team member they support. Carrie reflected, “Acknowledging how ‘Behavior Styles’ explain strengths and challenges within interconnected teams” was one of the biggest takeaways. She also noted that the depth of development exceeded expectations, offering both advanced facilitation practices and personal growth opportunities. Rhonda echoed that sentiment: “Each training Breeze Thru has sent me to has helped me grow, not only as a trainer and coach, but as a person.” Their reflections embody our Friendly values—showing up with a smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow.

Carrie shared, “I am exceedingly grateful for BTCW Leadership for valuing employee growth, as this experience will have lasting impact on me and our teams.” Rhonda added, “I’m so thankful for the opportunities I’m offered because I truly feel like they’ve helped prepare me for my future.”
