My name is Vaughn Mead. I am the proud site manager of Breeze Thru's first location at Mulberry and Lemay in Fort Collins, Colorado. I just recently participated in our bi-annual Excellence in Management Conference.
At Breeze Thru, we aim to recruit individuals who reflect our values and share an enthusiasm to work as a team with one common goal: to provide the best possible experience for both customers and co-workers.
Breeze Thru Car Wash’s very own, Justin Salisbury (COO), heads up a group of operators from around the country as part of program titled: Leadership Worth Following (LWF). As part of the LWF effort, Justin makes it a point to speak at various functions and promote the idea that the car wash industry is much more than the eye beholds.
Jeni Wilcher has been a part of our Breeze Thru family for over ten years. She has handled many roles and responsibilities throughout her career with us! This multitasking mother of two knows how to do it all, all while being the most positive role model for her fellow coworkers!
Breeze Thru Car Wash has been exploring ways to share Breeze Thru's vision to our communities! Jake is our hiring and on-boarding coordinator and he recently participated in a panel discussion with Laramie Country School District #1 where they discussed how we can develop our youth to better prepare them for the work force.
In order to prepare people for the future we must educate them. Every year we bring our managers to the Workforce Symposium in Fort Collins so we can learn how to hire and retain the right people. Breeze Thru defines the right people as the ones that can uphold these values...
In order to prepare our employees for the future we must educate them. In August, the Southwest Car Wash Association road show came to Denver and so did Breeze Thru Car Wash. We brought 33 total employees that consisted of our corporate team, site managers and assistant managers.
